This web site is dedicated to Alvin R. Mahrer, Ph.d. and his revolutionary methods and techniques in psychotherapy. This site's main purpose is to provide the visitor with a more thorough understanding of Dr. Mahrer's breakthrough Experiential Psychotherapy.

The statement is intended to explain clearly our policy on user privacy. This policy may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to consult this page for any changes.

1. This web site does not record personal data from our users. You are not asked to subscribe to anything, or provide us with personal information of any kind as a prerequisite for visiting this web site. Since we do not collect information from you, there is no information to share with third parties.


2. It is possible that from time to time, we may publicly or privately collect aggregate information about user concerns. Aggregate information is summary information about many users. An example of aggregate information might be: A number of users are associated with educational institutions in region X. Or, many users wish we would offer service X or Y. In any case, such information would be provided on a voluntary basis by users to this site, through an anonymous survey or questionnaire. This information would be for internal use only.


3. We do not use cookies of any type.


4. We do maintain various internal logs of system activity. These logs are used solely to monitor the performance of the server software, and to detect and repair system errors.

5. Any form of correspondence with us through this web site will be kept strictly confidential. Your data will never be used by us except as you direct, or to comply with the law. We reserve the right to make a reasonable number of copies of your data for follow-up or for backup and/or system maintenance services.


6. If you report a problem to us, make a comment or ask a question, we may request additional information to help us diagnose and repair the problem. We may keep records of such diagnostic information or correspondence for our internal use, as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our system, or to follow-up with the user to insure quality control.
